Ultra Tickets will includes after-hours parties and all daytime events(hotel pool party etc) as well as fast access at events and free coatcheck. Ultra Passes gives you fast access to all events, afters and hotel pool party. GA tickets and VIP passes does not include afters or hotel pool party but includes waterpark party.
